 In the twenties and thirties Shanghai was
known as a city of excitement and intrigue, a unique blend of East and West. At Shanghai Bar we have attempted to maintain the cultural mix which defined the old Shanghai; East and West, work and play.
The bar was established in late 2000 and immediately enjoyed success with both residents of Phnom Penh and tourists alike. The unique blend of western food and décor
with Asian service and attentiveness continues to gain the bar many new adherents.
 The bar is located in the very heart of Phnom Penh in what has become the center for night life in the capital, St. 51. Bars, restaurants and
dance establishments are crowded together along a major thoroughfare just south of the Central Market, a short bike ride from almost anywhere in central Phnom Penh. We fell
certain in assuring you that no trip to Cambodia’s capital city would be complete without at least one evening spent in our care and look forward to welcoming you in the near future.
